Q: What happens after I send in the order?

Normally, you will receive your registration information from RegNow.com in a few minutes after sending the online order form.
If you do not receive your registration information within 2 hours, or you have lost the registration email, please contact us at support@alloksoft.com. We will be glad to help you.

Q. I have not received my registration information for several hours after my purchase, Why?

Do not panic! In many cases, there may be a processing delay. Sometimes, people have supplied the wrong email address. In rare cases, the registered users are unreachable due to mis-configured email clients or privacy control. Please feel free email to support@alloksoft.com. We'll resend you register information soon.

Q: If I purchase your software, can I upgrade it for free in the future?

You can always get normal update version of the software for free. Please keep you eyes on our site to get upgrade info. Please download the update version by yourself, you can get the update version from our website. Your original license code is still valid for the update version.

Q: How to register my software?

After you purchase the software successfully, you will receive registration information via Email immediately. Download the software you bought from our site and run it. Enter your name and license code in the corresponding box to finish the registration.
Note: since the license code is letter-sensitive, please COPY and PASTE the code. And don't add any blank before or after it.

Q: I entered the license code you sent to me, but the software said "Registration info is invalid.". Why?

There are several possible reasons for the failed registration.
1. This is caused by entry error. You'd better copy and paste the license code to avoid a typo. And please don't add any blank before or after the code.
2. License code is for the old version, but you use it to register upgrade version.
3. You order or download wrong product, such as mix up Allok Video to iPod Converter and Allok Video to MP4 Converter.

Q: I lost my license code, can you send again?

Sure. You may contact RegNow.com via customer service form or contact us to get your registration info back . But you'd better provide your OderID or some info in your order(such as the E-mail address and name you used when you purchased etc.) which will enable us to find your order in our database in time.

Q: Do I need to re-register after I re-install the software?

No, you don't have to re-enter your registration info. Our software will memory you registration status.

Q: I get a new computer, what should I do to move the software I purchased to the new computer.

First please uninstall the software from your old computer. And then download the version you purchased from our website at http://www.alloksoft.com/download.htm. Use the registration information you got before to register the full version.

Q: How long will it take to get your supporting response?
